Pupils from Year 10 had the opportunity to attend a Robotics Coding workshop with Pupils from Hong Kong. Pupils were put in groups of four and first had to learn the movements of the Marty Robot . Next they had to connect to the Robot using Python coding. Finally they had to make their pair of robots dance in a competition in sync with the music. It was a wonderful experience for Channing girls to learn some new programming techniques. The workshop was also a fascinating insight into different cultures. Congratulations to Elika D. and Yutao W. from the ‘Happiest Crew’ team whose robots won the dance competition.
